Con-Fab is an innovative precast company, willing to research and design new products when existing methods are lacking. We’ve built a reputation for redesigning projects that save the contractor money. We’re also involved in design-build and have completed some very successful projects by providing design-build packages to contractors.

In addition, Con-Fab is a proponent of post-tensioning. We use a hybrid precast-post-tensioning scheme, which we frequently incorporate into our designs of parking garages and segmental bridges. Con-Fab is the only precast company in the United States that belongs to the Post-Tensioning Institute.

And we’re I.A.S. certified (International Accreditation Service, Inc. - formerly part of the I.C.B.O. Evaluation Service, Inc.), so you don’t have to pay for expensive on-site testing.
