Superintendent

Con-Fab California Corporation is an established Precast concrete fabricator, working on a variety of projects: Highway Bridges, Parking garages, Theaters and Buildings. Our work expands into both the public and private sectors.

We are opening a new plant in Shafter, California and are looking for a superintendent/foreman to work out of our Shafter plant.

This exciting role is a full time position offering competitive salary and good benefits.

What you need to apply:

• Experience in Precast , Prestressed concrete.
• Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred.
• Read Blue Prints.
• Run Crews – People management.
• Possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
